It was very exciting to read last week in the Metro Newspaper about the developments on the new Sky Train project here in the mainland.
The project has passed all of the environmental assessments and and is set to commence later in the year and will be completed in four years. It will revolutionize the commuter experience for many people providing environmentally friendly transport all the way from Coquitlam that is more convenient, faster, cheaper and more comfortable.
This is also a great opportunity in real estate investment for buying a home or an investment property as more people are taking advantage of cheaper prices and more value for money in areas around Coquitlam and Port Moody.
It is very exciting to live in a region that is developing so quickly with some incredible investments in transport and property developments that will have such a positive impact for years to come.
