I hope you are all extremely well and that you have had a fantastic summer. It took it's time getting here but when it did, how glorious it has been . I have just returned from the Okanagan and the Kootenay areas of BC with temperatures topping 36C.
There is nothing like outdoor activities in BC in warm weather, camping, swimming, hiking, sitting around camp fires with loved ones drinking wine from a local vineyard, listening to music, chatting, eating and then waking up everyday to hot sunshine listening to the sounds of the forest and getting the coffee on. Canada is so beautiful and I feel blessed to be here.
Now its time to get back to work and start planning the next phase of our lives. This is also the time when the real estate sap starts to rise here in BC and people are contemplating their next move. With interest rates so low and Canada doing so well in the face of international turmoil, buying a place and investing in real estate never looked so good. With a great strategy in place working together to achieve successful outcomes, it is a great time to get with it.
So lets take advantage of it and get things moving!
