Like me you are all probably wondering where our summer has gone. According to official sources this is not unusual and that we tend to flip flop occasionally from hot dry June weather to wet and dreary. Lets hope that when summer finally kicks in we will get to enjoy some long hazy warm days filled with barbecues, picnics, camping, hiking and so much more.
So what has been happening in the Vancouver Markets? It has been a strange challenging year so far with some markets seeing a large surplus of inventory listed and sales not really bubbling while other areas like East Vancouver are very healthy with lots of activity. Here is what it all looks like in numbers focusing on May historically from 2010 to 2012:
