Property Listings and Sales to date!

Good Morning everyone

I hope you all had a great weekend and that the week ahead holds good things in store. The weekend saw major St Patrick's celebrations colour the city with green and Celtic Pride. The parade looked great and it was a lot of fun to be part of the festivities.

So how are things doing out there in the Vancouver Property Markets? Overall the numbers have dropped considerably so far from previous years. There are some exceptions but we may be in for a very interesting year. So here are the latest numbers for you to digest:

For all you potential sellers out there. Use this data and talk to your realtor before you list your home. Getting your property priced sharply in a challenging market is absolutely crucial. Have a look at what has been selling and how long they have been on the market and compare them to the current listings.

For potential buyers, the market is moving in your favour as prices in many areas are falling and the markets are cooling. Keep your eyes on the numbers, talk to your realtor and use this data while monitoring the markets for sales and listings on your area. Be educated as it will go a long way to helping you make an educated informed offer that is fair and favourable.

Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

Have a great week and good luck out there!
